This website is a weblog of my journeys in Moldova as a member of the United States Peace Corps.  My duties in Moldova are, as my manual describes it, “Volunteers work locally with individuals and community groups to facilitate the transition from the centralized management of the former Soviet Union to one of empowerment for locally designed and managed development in a civic society.”  My job title is “Community and Organizational Development.”  I hope anyone visiting this site will take the time to leave a comment, to keep me motivated and focused on my goals.
